Lead Time
All products are custom-made and require 10 to 14 days for production from order confirmation. Please note that lead times may be extended if any manufacturing issues arise or adjustments are needed.
 

No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final for custom-designed furniture from  our Custom Range. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature of our product.

Defects & Warranty
Each product is inspected before delivery by EK BESTAAN. If you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days. Normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper care is not covered.
 

Limitation of Liability
EK BESTAAN  is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for manufacturing defects is limited to the amount paid for the product, and any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
 

Material Variations
At EK BESTAAN, many of our products feature natural materials, which may cause variations in color, texture, and grain. These differences are not defects but add to the uniqueness of each piece.

Please note that colors, textures, and materials may vary from in-store displays and website images due to monitor settings and fabric or wood variations.

Customer Responsibilities

Product Care
You are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of your EK BESTAAN furniture. Please refer to our Maintenance Guide for instructions on preserving your product's quality and longevity.

Intellectual Property:
All designs, images, and materials provided by EK BESTAAN are the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
 

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Magistrates Court.
 

Amendments
EK BESTAAN may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will take effect from the date specified above.
